KarBaba is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Officer to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Call potential buyers, individual sellers (including OLX leads), and car dealers to pitch KarBaba services.
• OLX-to-KarBaba Conversion: Identify vehicle listings on OLX, obtain seller permission, and create high-quality vehicle listings on KarBaba.
• Service Pitching: Pitch KarBaba products including Free/Paid Dealer Packages, Featured Ads, Car Inspection, and Japan Import Services based on customer needs.
• Lead Qualification (Japan Import & Inspection): Understand buyer/seller requirements (budget, car specs, inspection needs), qualify leads, and coordinate with internal operations/sales teams.
• CRM & Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, call outcomes, follow-ups, and statuses in the CRM/tracking sheet.
• Follow-up Discipline: Manage daily callbacks, track lead progression, and build relationships with dealers and individual customers to close deals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Daily/Weekly Outbound & Connected Call Targets
• Lead Conversion Rate (OLX to KarBaba listings)
• Qualified Leads Generated (Inspection & Japan Import)
• Sales Conversions (Paid packages, featured ads, inspection bookings)

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in Inside Sales, Outbound Tele-calling, or Customer Support (Automotive industry experience is a plus!).
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and online portals (OLX, car listings).
• Target-Driven: Strong follow-up habits, self-motivated, and result-
