Virtual Quran Center wins families through the free trial lesson, and the Sales Manager leads the team that converts those trials from UK and US families into regular plans. Targets are set on trials booked and enrolments, and every enquiry and trial follow-up is reviewed in the CRM.

You coach executives on explaining plans and teacher matching in a way that is clear and respectful to parents, and you work closely with the teaching team to make sure teacher availability matches what has been promised. This is service-led sales: families entrust their children's Quran learning to the academy, so the manager's job is to keep promises realistic and follow-up consistent.

Salary: PKR 60,000-70,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.

Responsibilities

• Set weekly targets for trials booked and enrolments and review them with the team
• Review every enquiry and trial follow-up in the CRM, including lapsed trials
• Coach executives on explaining plans, lesson lengths and teacher matching to parents and adult learners
• Coordinate with the teaching team on teacher availability and time-zone coverage
• Recruit and train sales executives and report results to the owner

Requirements

• Experience leading a sales, admissions or enrolment team
• Excellent English and respect for the educational and religious nature of the work
• Ability to balance conversion targets with honest, unpressured communication
• Strong CRM and scheduling discipline
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Experience in online education or admissions
• Familiarity with UK and US Muslim communities
• Experience writing scripts and training materials
