IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with established SOPs, customer-handling standards, mystery shopping assessments, and shop service standards. It also focuses on achieving commercial and revenue targets, improving service efficiency, developing team capabilities, and enforcing the organization’s compliance framework through appropriate monitoring and corrective actions.

• Ensure service quality standards and SOP compliance to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Improve service efficiency by optimizing operational processes, resource utilization, and turnaround times.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized institute.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Power point and Word
• CRM Software or related knowledge/experience.
• Excellent communication, both verbal & written: Good negotiation, drafting and research skills.
