Salary: PKR 50,000-60,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.

Responsibilities

• Reply to quote and consultation requests from English- and Russian-speaking patients
• Learn the procedure and city of interest and explain how the listings and cost guides work
• Qualify enquiries and pass them to consultants with a clear summary
• Follow up politely with those who have not replied
• Keep every conversation recorded in the CRM

Requirements

• Fluent English; Russian is a strong plus
• Patient, honest communication on WhatsApp, email and phone
• Strict discipline on language: no rankings, no best-surgeon claims
• Reliable follow-up
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Russian language skills
• Call centre or telesales experience
• Interest in aesthetic medicine
