SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Faisal Hills, Taxila, Pakistan

Preferred Candidates: Residents of Faisal Hills, B-17, Wah Cantt, or Taxila

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience Required: Experience in Sales is the plus point (Real Estate experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Understand client investment needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Stay updated on market trends and project information.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales is the Plus point(Real Estate experience will be preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
