Job Summary

MH Educational Consultants is seeking a high-energy, results-obsessed Sales & Educational Counselor for an urgent opening in Gujranwala. Sales, lead conversion, and closing are your primary mission here. While you will guide students through international study options (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, and EU), your success will be measured directly by your ability to drive revenue and smash monthly enrollment targets. We warmly welcome both ambitious fresh graduates and experienced professionals ready to hustle and close.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Conversions: Actively convert incoming prospective leads into confirmed student enrollments to meet aggressive monthly targets.
• Counsel & Sell: Guide students expertly through overseas study pathways while actively positioning our consultancy services.
• Manage Applications & Visas: Handle the end-to-end process including university selection, admissions, documentation, and visa filing.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily pipeline records and report performance, conversion stats, and lead progress directly to the Admissions Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender: Male candidates only
• Experience: Experienced candidates Only! (with 1–3+ years of experience).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Skills: Superior communication, fierce target-driven mindset, excellent closing skills, and full proficiency in MS Office and online portals.
• Preferred Destinations Knowledge: UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Cyprus, and EU markets.
