Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and live chat inquiries effectively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales records, and any follow-up actions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a customer-facing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility in adapting to new processes and changes.
• Ability to work on-site and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for sales and achieving high results.
