Sales Executive

Pak Middle East imports curtain fabric and, under its Pak Home brand, makes curtains, blinds and motorised solutions to measure for homes and offices across the UAE, with free home measuring, tailoring and installation. The customer is a person in Dubai or Sharjah with a window and a budget, and the Sales Executive in Islamabad is who they message on WhatsApp first.

You find out which rooms and windows need covering, what the customer wants (blackout, sheer or double-layer, roller or roman or zebra blinds, perhaps motorised), and book the free home measuring visit with the UAE team. After the measure you prepare a fixed-price quotation covering fabric, tailoring, track, accessories and installation, explain the choices in the 301 to 303 blackout and 401 chiffon catalogues, and follow up until the customer confirms. The Sharjah team then handles fitting, so coordinating the installation date is also yours.

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.

Responsibilities

• Answer curtain and blind enquiries from UAE customers on WhatsApp, phone and email
• Understand the rooms, windows and fabric preference and book the free home measuring visit with the UAE team
• Prepare fixed-price quotations covering fabric, tailoring, track, accessories and installation
• Explain blackout versus sheer, double-layer and wave-heading curtains, blind types and motorised options in plain language
• Follow up each quotation until confirmed and coordinate the installation date with the Sharjah team

Requirements

• Fluent English and a friendly, patient manner with households and landlords
• Good visual sense: you will describe fabrics and rooms in words and photos
• Careful with measurements, quantities and prices; a wrong figure becomes a wrong curtain
• Comfort working quickly on WhatsApp across a UAE schedule
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Retail, interiors or home-furnishing sales experience
• Arabic or Urdu alongside English
• Experience using a CRM or quotation sheet
