We are hiring a USA Trucking Sales Closer to manage qualified sales conversations and convert prospects into customers. The role involves communicating with the U.S. market, understanding customer needs, and working toward measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Engage U.S.-based carriers, owner-operators, and qualified trucking prospects.


• Present RouteMax services clearly and explain their business value.


• Handle objections, answer questions, negotiate appropriately, and close sales opportunities.


• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in internal tracking systems.


• Follow up consistently with active prospects and support a smooth handover after closing.


• Meet individual and team targets while maintaining professional, accountable conduct.


• Share customer feedback and market insights with supervisors to improve sales processes.

Work Details

Full-time, on-site role in Lahore, Pakistan, working the night shift. Salary: 45,000–70,000 PKR.

Job Specification

• Strong spoken and written English with confident U.S.-market communication.


• Proven ability to close sales through phone-based or remote conversations.


• Understanding of prospect qualification, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up.


• Persuasive presentation skills focused on customer needs and business value.


• Ability to work with sales targets, conversion goals, and performance metrics.


• Professional telephone manner, active listening, resilience, and accountability.


• Accurate CRM or spreadsheet recordkeeping and disciplined pipeline management.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a Lahore-based sales team.


• Trucking, logistics, freight, carrier, or owner-operator market knowledge is an advantage.
