Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and explain available auto warranty plans.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Explain plan coverage, benefits, terms, and pricing accurately.
• Follow the campaign's approved scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales records and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the verification team to ensure smooth processing of sales.

Targets & Performance

• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain quality standards and follow compliance requirements.
• Improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in auto warranty or outbound sales preferred.

Compensation
