Sales Executive

On MediCureBridge, a patient can send a booking request without ever speaking to anyone. The Sales Executive's job is to turn those requests and callback enquiries into a real conversation, find out what the patient needs and make sure it reaches the right consultant quickly.

You reply to booking requests and callback requests, ask the questions that clarify the specialty, procedure and destination, explain how the platform's provider comparison works and pass well-prepared cases to consultants. You follow up with patients who have gone quiet and keep every contact recorded. The tone is considerate and honest, and anything clinical goes to a doctor.

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.

• Respond to booking requests and free consultation callbacks promptly
• Clarify the patient's specialty, procedure and preferred destination
• Explain how provider comparison and coordination work on the platform
• Hand well-prepared cases to consultants
• Follow up with silent enquiries and keep the CRM accurate

Requirements

• Fluent English and a patient, warm manner on calls and in writing
• Comfort with people in a vulnerable situation
• Clear boundary between guidance and medical advice
• Strong follow-up habits
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Call centre or telesales experience
• Experience with international customers
• Interest in healthcare platforms
