Best Clinic Abroad's consultants guide international patients from enquiry to a confirmed treatment plan, and the Sales Manager leads them. Targets are set on consultations coordinated and confirmed plans, and you check every enquiry's follow-up in the CRM to see where patients stall: waiting for documents, waiting for a hospital's price list, or simply waiting for someone to reply.

Coaching here means teaching clear, honest communication about options and prices to people making a serious decision. You help consultants present choices without pressure, step in when a case needs escalating to a partner hospital, and take the hardest conversations yourself. You also help recruit and train consultants as the Islamabad team grows.

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.

Responsibilities

• Set targets for consultations coordinated and confirmed treatment plans, and review them weekly
• Audit CRM follow-up on every open enquiry and unblock stalled cases
• Coach consultants on honest, clear communication about options, costs and next steps
• Handle escalations with partner hospitals when documents, price lists or appointments go wrong
• Recruit and train new consultants and report results to the owner

Requirements

• Experience leading a consultative sales, customer care or patient coordination team
• Excellent English and the empathy to coach people who talk to anxious patients
• A clear line between helpful guidance and medical advice, and the ability to teach it
• Strong CRM and reporting discipline
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Medical tourism, healthcare administration or travel-services management experience
• Experience handling complaints and escalations from customers
• Experience writing scripts and training material
