We're seeking an experienced Food Ingredient Sales Account Manager to drive new business growth throughout Indiana and Ohio. This is a remote, territory-based role focused on developing new customer relationships and expanding business within the food manufacturing industry. Preferred candidate locations: Indianapolis, IN Columbus, OH Cleveland, OH Toledo, OH What You'll Do Drive new business development and expand Webb's presence in the food ingredients market Build relationships with food manufacturers and processors throughout the territory Manage a robust sales pipeline and identify opportunities for profitable growth Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions and service Negotiate pricing and contracts while creating value for customers and Webb Represent Webb's commitment to quality, integrity, safety, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For 5-15 years of food ingredient sales experience Experience with markets such as flavors, beverages, baking, meat processing, or related food manufacturing segments Proven success developing new business and managing customer relationships Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Company vehicle Computer, phone, and expense card Remote work flexibility Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to build a rewarding career with a respected industry leader Why Join Webb?
