This position will support portfolio performance analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, business plan execution, and investment decision support across a multifamily real estate portfolio.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fieldStrong Microsoft Excel skillsFinancial modeling and forecasting experienceMultifamily real estate experienceWould also look at Commercial real estate, acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, valuation, investment analysis, FP&A, or similar analytical experience preferredStrong quantitative and analytical abilities
