About the Role

Role Overview: Wearelooking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Noida team. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education and eager to begin a career in sales and customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding Unacademy’s user base by connecting with potential learners and helping them choose the right educational offerings.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
•  Generateleadsthroughcalls, referrals, and social media outreach.
•  Connectwithpotential learners and clearly explain course offerings and value propositions.
•  Conductfollow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
•  Achievedaily andmonthly targets for outreach and conversions.
•  Maintainaccurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
•  Collaboratewith internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for learners.

Qualifications

• Requirements:
•  Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduation is mandatory).

Required Skills

•  Strongverbal andwritten communication skills.
•  Ability tohandle objections and close sales effectively.
•  Basicunderstanding of the EdTech domain is a plus.
•  Fresherswith awillingness to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.
