Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting Engineering professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various engineering roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Non-IT positions across the US market.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical and professional qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in US Staffing with a primary focus on Engineering recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Engineering job titles, qualifications, and industry terminology.
• Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean Search techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
