es Create compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and brandi
ng Translate campaign briefs into strong visual concepts and layou
ts Assist in developing key visuals (KVs), mood boards, and design directio
ns Apply strong typography, grids, and visual hierarchy principl
es Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and internal tea
ms Adapt designs across multiple formats (ads, banners, posts, etc
.)Stay updated with design trends and advertising best practic
es Contribute to campaign ideation and brainstormi
ng
Eligibility Crite
ria2-3 years of experience in an advertising/creative age
ncy Design graduate (BFA / B. Des or relevant degree in design/visual ar
ts)Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based creative w
ork Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Des
ign Working knowledge of tools like After Effects, Figma, or Premiere Pro is a p
lus Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced t
