About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who sees design as more than just visuals, someone who can translate abstract ideas into sharp, meaningful creative output.

At Maayasthra, you’ll work on high-visibility brand assets across digital platforms, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining a strong and consistent design language.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually strong, concept-driven designs that communicate ideas effectively
• Demonstrate a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all outputs
• Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand identity
• Develop versatile design solutions across different formats and use cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and precision
• Iterate quickly while maintaining a high standard of design quality
• Stay updated with design trends and tools, and apply them thoughtfully

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (can be overlooked if you have a strong portfolio)
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across styles and formats
• Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator, and Figma (non-negotiable)
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to take ownership and deliver independently

Additional Preferences

• Experience working with brand guidelines or structured design systems
• Ability to explore and experiment with AI tools in the design workflow
• Strong articulation of design decisions, the ability to explain the “why”
• Someone who is constantly learning and actively pushing their design skills
