Save Job Type: Part-time retainer + per-campaign bonus What you'll do: Own campaigns from client signed planning shoot edit delivery; Communicate with China-side clients in Mandarin (WeChat / Lark) and NYC team in English; Coordinate director, line producer, editor, writer, intern; keep everyone on schedule; Propose locations & street-talent profiles that fit each brief and budget; Maintain timelines, call sheets, and task boards in Notion / Lark; Join evening calls when needed (approx 9-11 pm ET / 9-11 am China). Requirements: Based in NYC; able to come to the office and shoots; Fluent Mandarin + strong English; Some experience in commercials / branded content / social ads as producer or PM; Organized, proactive, comfortable owning deadlines and delivery. Compensation: $2,000-$2,500 per month part-time, ~20-25 hrs/week, covering ~3-4 active campaigns; +$200-$300 bonus per campaign above 4/month; Potential path to higher retainer / full-time as volume grows.
