Our Fourth Floor team is seeking a bright, personable, and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our vibrant NYC office in Midtown East. This role provides an exceptional framework for growing your career as a Recruiter or Account Executive. What to Expect: Provide administrative support to the recruiting team Update internal database with job orders, candidate information, and new business leads Collect and report the team’s daily and weekly activity Write precise job descriptions to share with candidates through internal database Utilize various applicant tracking systems and input data Conduct thorough reference checks Partner with compliance on any onboarding paperwork or processes Assist with scheduling via Outlook Assist the recruiting team with sourcing talent, as needed Who We Are Seeking: Self-motivated, talented, and ambitious Love working at the fastest pace Innate ability to connect with people Sharp eye for detail and precision Professional and goal-oriented Highly organized with a passion for building relationships Bachelor’s degree preferred 1 year of work experience required Your Career should feel like your greatest accomplishment and hobby!
