Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students receiving special education services in grades K–12. Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals. Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data. Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment that supports student growth and achievement. Qualifications Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate (required) Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Skills Strong knowledge of lesson development and special education compliance. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
