Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer implementations, internal product development, and strategic initiatives across our Data & AI practice.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects involving Snowflake, cloud technologies, analytics, AI, and cross-functional engineering teams.

This role requires someone who can drive execution, proactively identify risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project health, budgets, dependencies, risks, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Snowflake Architects, AI Engineers, BI Developers, and QA.

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, weekly status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate project status clearly.
• Escalate issues appropriately while driving timely resolution.

Delivery Excellence

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks.
• Manage scope changes and change requests.
• Coordinate UAT, production deployments, and hypercare activities.

Internal Operations

• Work closely with leadership on resource planning and project prioritization.
• Improve project management processes, templates, and best practices.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards.
• Support presales activities by assisting with project estimates and implementation planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology consulting or software implementation.
• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Snowflake
• Data Warehousing
• Data Engineering
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma
• AI / Generative AI initiatives
• Streamlit applications
• Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Financial Services projects
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar) are a plus.
