Remote Senior Project Manager, Commercial & Contracts Management

You won’t just contribute to projects that matter; you’ll grow alongside people who are investing in your success. ____________________________________________________________________________________ What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 10 or more years of experience in construction project management 8+ years of experience in construction subcontract management, contract administration, procurement, commercial management, or project controls within industrial, power, manufacturing, infrastructure, or large commercial construction. Strong knowledge of contract forms, commercial negotiations, risk allocation, claims management, and change order administration. Demonstrated experience developing trade scopes, bid packages, procurement strategies and plans for complex projects. Experience supporting large EPC, projects preferred. Proven ability to influence project teams, subcontractors, and business partners while balancing commercial objectives and relationship management. Strong business acumen with experience managing contract risk, project financials, and performance reporting. Proficiency in Autodesk Forma, Microsoft Office, contract management systems, and construction project controls tools. Professional certifications such as CPCM, CPSM, PMP, CCM, or related credentials are preferred. Nice to Have Experience supporting field operations large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, or heavy construction projects.
