Wellstar Health System is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in our integrated, patient-centered care environment. The PT will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members to optimize function, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation, participation in performance improvement, and contributing to a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous learning across our Georgia communities.
