Role Introduction

We are looking for creative interns who want to explore how artificial intelligence can improve graphic design, animation and visual storytelling.

As an AI Graphic Design & Animation Intern, you will create social media graphics, animated posts, promotional videos, illustrations, presentation visuals and AI-assisted creative assets for Labdox projects and campaigns.

AI tools may support your work, but you must be able to apply your own creativity, design judgement and understanding of the audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, presentations and campaign creatives.
• Create short animations, motion graphics, reels and promotional videos.
• Use AI tools for image generation, visual ideation, video creation, background generation and creative experimentation.
• Convert written content, concepts and business requirements into engaging visual stories.
• Edit AI-generated images and videos to maintain accuracy, consistency and brand quality.
• Develop multiple creative concepts and improve them based on feedback.
• Create visual assets for Labdox courses, internships, events, websites and client projects.
• Maintain organised project files, source files, versions and final exports.
• Follow brand guidelines while suggesting new creative styles and formats.
• Coordinate with content, marketing, web development and project teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create static graphics and basic animated content.
• Familiarity with image editing, video editing or animation software.
• Interest in AI-assisted design and content creation.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently develop suitable concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Willingness to learn new tools and experiment with different creative approaches.
• Ability to accept feedback and revise work within deadlines.
• Good communication, documentation and time-management skills.
