HI ALL,<br />GREETING FROM 2COMS CONSULTANCY PVT LTD.<br />Roles and ResponsibilitiesPresentable Appearance and Attitude.<br />Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-in, telephone enquiries<br />Enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.<br />Demonstrating the Scooter.<br />Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale<br />Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc<br />Closing and Followup.<br />KPIs<br />- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR<br />- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR<br />- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs<br />- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer<br />- CX rating<br />Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance &amp; Banking preferred<br />Qualification – Graduation/Diploma<br />Exp.
