The ideal candidate will be a self-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in <b>MSP, US Staffing, IT Services, SaaS, or Solution Sales </b>. </p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p> <p></p><li> <p>Drive end-to-end inside sales activities for the <b>US/North America region </b> </p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct <b>market research </b> to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities </p> </li> <li> <p><b>Prospect and map target accounts </b>, identifying the right decision-makers and influencers </p> </li> <li> <p>Execute <b>multi-channel outreach </b> (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads and schedule meetings </p> </li> <li> <p>Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients through consistent follow-ups </p> </li> <li> <p>Achieve and exceed <b>monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas </b> </p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the <b>CRM </b> </p> </li> <p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications </b> </p> <p></p> <li> <p>Excellent <b>communication and interpersonal skills </b> </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong <b>self-motivation </b> with a result-driven mindset </p> </li> <li> <p><b>Mandatory experience </b> in one or more of the following (US market): </p> <p>MSP Sales </p> <p>US Staffing Sales </p> <p>IT Services / IT Sales </p> <p>Solution Selling </p> <p>SaaS Sales </p> </li> <li> <p>Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals </p> </li> <br /><p> <b>Education: </b> Bachelors Degree<br /><br /> </p>
