The Role

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to build our social presence, bring our brand personality to life and grow an engaged community.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy and content calendar, with a strong focus on Instagram.

• Plan, shoot and edit reels, product videos, stories and posts.

• Write engaging captions, scripts and other social copy.

• Identify relevant trends and turn them into original content for Jellico.

• Manage influencer outreach, gifting collaborations and user-generated content.

• Respond to comments and messages, coordinating customer queries with the team.

• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and website traffic to improve content performance.

• Work with the team on product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing social media, preferably for a D2C, lifestyle, gifting or consumer brand.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong reels, content ideas and visual storytelling.

• Hands-on photography, video shooting and editing skills.

• Strong English copywriting skills and an eye for aesthetics.

• Familiarity with Canva, video-editing tools and social media analytics.

• Good organisation, initiative and the ability to manage content from idea to publication.

Experience with influencer collaborations and Meta ads is a plus.
