Executive-P&C/HR Services

Designation : Executive- P&C Services Skills Required : Experience and knowledge in different HR processes (Onboarding Operations, Employee Lifecycle Operations, Reporting, Learning & Development Operations, Talent Management Operations and Query Management) Experience in using Workday and/or other HRIS is an advantage. Experience of working in a Shared Service center. Experience in Voice based process will be an added advantage. Strong working language skills required in English and at least 2 Indian regional languages (preferably Tamil and Hindi). All other languages are considered an asset.
