Job Title: US IT Recruiter Job Description: We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions across the US. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating client interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining candidate records in the ATS. Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). Experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster. Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Education: Bachelors Degree
