We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
• Monitor receivables, vendor payments, and working capital.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation accounting.
• Support annual audits, tax audits, and statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
• Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to finance SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter/M.Com preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
• Experience handling audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting independently.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
