Intellistaff Services Pvt Ltd is looking for 2 experienced Domestic IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Bangalore.

This is a full-time Work From Office opportunity based out of JP Nagar / Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore .

We are looking for recruiters who have strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, Naukri sourcing, technical screening and target-driven staffing .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment for Permanent and Contract/C2H requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms .
• Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and technical skill validation.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for multiple IT requirements.
• Ensure minimum 8 quality submissions per day .
• Coordinate interviews and continuously follow up with candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
• Work towards onboarding and revenue targets .
• Handle niche and difficult-to-close IT requirements.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing .
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri , LinkedIn.
• Experience in sourcing and screening technical IT profiles.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
• Experience working on niche IT skills.
• Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented approach with proven submission and closure numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
