Lead Business Analyst – Corporate Loans for our banking client in Bangalore

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Financial Services, or Product-based organizations.
• Strong domain expertise in Corporate Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Risk, and Financing Risk .
• Experience in the end-to-end corporate loan lifecycle , including Term Loans, Revolving Credit Facilities (RCF), and Bridge Loans.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies , requirement gathering, BRD/FRD/FSD preparation, user stories, and stakeholder management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, PostgreSQL , and data analysis/data modelling.
• Experience with API integrations, interface analysis , and modern application architectures (Microservices, REST APIs).
• Good understanding of Financial Markets , Trade Lifecycle, Market Risk, and Portfolio Management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Visio, Excel , and project documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in ambiguous business environments.
• Knowledge of ACBS, CreditMate, SCI, ESG lending, Predictive Analytics, or Machine Learning will be an added advantage
