Role Description The Industrial Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This position is responsible for generating and managing industrial sales of plastic pallets and secondary containment products, including drum spill pallets, to warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing clients. Daily tasks include identifying prospective customers, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Industrial Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer requirements and contribute to sales planning and market expansion initiatives.

- Candidates should possess strong Industrial Sales and Sales skills focused on B2B products and solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide product guidance, and support client retention.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills to identify new markets, build pipelines, and expand the customer base.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to track performance, forecast sales, and manage key accounts.
- Relevant experience in industrial products, material handling, or warehousing solutions is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur and travel to customer locations as needed.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
