Interior designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Sales: Engage with leads to understand their interior design preferences, do site visits and design meetings to guide them through design proposals, and convert to closure. - Design Conceptualization: Present and refine conceptual layouts, color schemes, and space planning to meet client expectations.
- Project Execution: Coordinate seamlessly with Project Manager time-to-time to ensure quality execution within stipulated timeline and designs finalised by the Client.
- Customer Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain post-sales support, and manage client escalations.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience:
- Previous mid-to-senior level experience in residential interior sales and design.
- Design Proficiency: Working knowledge of interior design software such as Auto CAD and Sketch Up.
- Business Acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and customer-facing skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to solve creative problems.
