Senior Manager / Manager / AGM– Business Development (Buildings & Infra)
Location: Chennai | Industry: Tier-1 EPC (Buildings & Factories)
Role:
Drive client acquisition, tendering, and strategic growth for major building projects (High-Rise, Commercial, Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Airports, and Metro Stations) across South India.
Strict Eligibility Criteria:
- 12+ years core BD / Tendering experience in Building & Infrastructure EPC.
- Education: Regular / Full-time B.E. / B.Tech ( Strictly NO education gaps ).
- Key Skills: Proven network with top developers, PMC consultants, and authorities; expertise in pre-qualification, bidding, and contract finalization.
