We're Hiring | Research & Development Executive

Location: Greater Noida (Work from Office)

Experience: 1-3 years

We are looking for a hands-on R&D Executive with experience in developing Natural & Ayurvedic Skincare , Haircare , Personal care products , Tablets & Capsules along with knowledge of QC testing and technical documentation .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for Skincare, Haircare, Bodycare & Personal Care products.
• Develop herbal/nutraceutical tablets and capsules .
• Select and evaluate natural ingredients, herbs, botanical extracts, actives, excipients, oils, butters, emulsifiers, preservatives, etc.
• Conduct formulation trials, sample preparation, stability checks, and product troubleshooting.
• Support scale-up and production trials and coordinate with Production & QC teams.
• Perform/coordinate QC testing including pH, viscosity, specific gravity, moisture, weight variation, disintegration and other applicable parameters.
• Maintain formulation sheets, specifications, SOPs, BMR/MFR, trial reports, COA and other R&D documentation .
• Support product development for third-party/private-label manufacturing and client-specific requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in R&D/Formulation Development.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology or related field .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of natural/herbal skincare, haircare, personal care and tablet/capsule formulation .
• Knowledge of QC testing, stability testing and technical documentation .
• Experience in Ayurvedic, cosmetic, nutraceutical, FMCG or third-party manufacturing will be preferred.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.

We are looking for someone who can independently handle product development from formulation trials to finalization and production scale-up.
