Experience:

Medical Writer (MW):

• 4–8 years of medical writing experience

Senior Medical Writer (SMW):

• 8–10 years of medical writing experience

Medical Lead (ML):

• 10+ years of medical writing and scientific communications experience

Shift : India or UK shift (till 10 pm max, flexible shift)

Overall Purpose of the Job

We are seeking experienced Medical Writers, Senior Medical Writers, and Medical Leads to develop and review high-quality scientific and educational content for US pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role involves creating MLR-compliant, evidence-based medical communications for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients while ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific Content Development

• Develop and review scientific, educational, and medical communications content.
• Create disease-state education materials, clinical data presentations, MSL training content, and medical information deliverables.
• Interpret scientific literature and clinical evidence to create clear and engaging content.

Medical Communication Assets

Develop and review:

• MSL training materials
• Product knowledge curricula
• eLearning modules
• Disease-state and treatment education decks
• Patient education materials
• Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)
• Scientific newsletters
• Congress and symposium materials
• Plain Language Summaries (PLS)

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and MLR readiness.
• Perform AMA-style referencing and back-annotation.
• Support medical review and quality control processes.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Learning Solutions, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in content planning, reviews, and client discussions.

Leadership (SMW / Medical Lead)

• Mentor junior writers.
• Provide scientific guidance and content oversight.
• Lead projects, portfolios, or writing teams where applicable.
