Skilled Warehouse Worker - Pallet Dismantler The Skilled Warehouse Worker - Pallet Dismantler is a crucial role responsible for consistently and meticulously breaking down pallets. This role involves an array of assembly line tasks, from identifying damaged pallets and disassembling them, to evaluating and sorting usable components from those that are damaged. You will be expected to operate with incredible consistency and detail, ensuring all pallets meet our quality standards. Physical Requirements: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while at the assigned station. Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling 75 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the workday. Requires the ability to perform an array of manual labor tasks. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
