Senior Technical Project Manager

Defining the role and ideal candidate Sepire's looking for a person to delegate critical tasks, such as sales demos, platform strategy, managing offshore teams, code reviews, and UX design. We are focusing on enhancing UX, implementing industry-standard product management processes, and driving new features. Core responsibilities Run discovery calls and demos with prospects and customers. Translate client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes. Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and release notes. Review pull requests at a high level; flag architecture or security risks. Guide the offshore team daily; unblock issues fast. Define and track product KPIs and usage analytics. Keep documentation, API specs, and UX prototypes current. Must-have skills
