Manufacturing Operations Manager

The TRG Manufacturing Search Division is actively recruiting for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to join a profitable manufacturer of engineered-to-order solutions for customers in highly regulated industries. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and making a direct impact on business performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, overseeing production, maintenance, planning, procurement, shipping fabrication, welding, and assembly preferred. ISO quality systems experience, including traceability and record keeping. Strong ERP/MRP experience across planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory. Proven leadership and data-driven continuous improvement skills.
