Data Analyst

Taxplan Advisor is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to analyze business, financial, customer, and taxation-related data and help drive data-backed decisions.

Work Mode: Remote / Freelance/On-site

Compensation: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 CTC/month

• Analyze business, customer, financial & taxation data

• Build dashboards and reports for business performance

• Track KPIs, revenue, leads, conversions & customer trends

• Analyze tax-related datasets and identify meaningful insights

• Work with structured and unstructured datasets

• Clean, validate and transform data for analysis

• Create data visualizations and automated reports

• Identify trends, patterns and business opportunities

• Work with APIs, databases and data sources

• Collaborate with the tax, marketing, product & technology teams

• Support data-driven decision making across the organization

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Hands-on experience with SQL & databases

• Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar BI tools

• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization

• Good knowledge of taxation, GST, ITR, TDS and financial concepts

• Ability to understand and analyze financial/tax datasets

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of KPIs and business metrics

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong communication and execution skills
