An empathetic problem solver with brilliant interpersonal skills, used to working efficiently and autonomously in a multi-discipline production studio. A trusted partner for producers, project managers and discipline leads who takes pride in casting the right talent for each request, not just filling gaps in a spreadsheet. A networked team player who understands the nuanced individual talents and capabilities of every creative, CGI artist, retoucher, video editor and animator on the team.
