Just Protection.” We work with businesses across employee benefits and commercial insurance, helping HR, Finance, Founders and business leaders structure appropriate insurance solutions and manage the insurance lifecycle. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced B2B Insurance Sales Leader to drive new business, build and manage the sales pipeline, and lead a high-performing sales team focused primarily on SME/MSME and mid-market clients. The role can be mapped to Sales Manager / AVP / VP based on experience, existing client network and leadership capability. Key Responsibilities ● Drive new business acquisition across SME, MSME and mid-market segments. ● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of premium/revenue targets. ● Lead the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Meeting → Requirement → Quote → Negotiation → Closure. ● Develop relationships with Founders, CFOs, HR Heads and other senior decision-makers. ● Build and maintain a strong SME/MSME client network and prospect funnel. ● Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team. ● Drive cross-selling across Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance
