Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives across Security, Facility Management, and Cash Logistics services. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with operations, finance, and technology teams to design customer proposals, ensure service delivery alignment, and monitor key performance metrics. The Sales Manager will also track market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and represent SIS Group Enterprises at client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management , with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, solution selling, commercial negotiation, customer onboarding, and account management.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across corporate clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and business reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the Security, Facility Management, Cash Logistics, Banking, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, or Services industry is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities across IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, and other industry segments.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer acquisition to onboarding and long-term account management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare customized business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to strengthen sales strategies.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, business forecasts, and regular management reports.
- Represent SIS India at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and customer meetings to generate new business.
- Ensure timely collections, commercial closures, and long-term customer satisfaction.
