Position : Graduate Management Trainee

Department: Business Development & Operations

Salary: ₹16,000 per month

Contract: 12 months

Assessment: Performance review every 3 months

Work Mode: In-office

Location: Navi Mumbai

Interview: Offline at the company office

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on business leads.
• Communicate with clients, academic institutions, vendors, and industry partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, reports, and emails.
• Support LinkedIn, website, IndiaMART and digital marketing activities.
• Maintain business-development records and coordinate meetings.
• Assist the founders in business operations and growth initiatives.

Eligibility

• Graduate or postgraduate in BBA, B.Com., MBA, Engineering, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch may apply.
• Strong communication, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be willing to work regularly from the Navi Mumbai office.
• Preference for candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, or nearby areas.

Performance and Continuation

• Performance will be assessed every 3 months based on work quality, discipline, communication, initiative, and contribution to business growth. Continuation during the 12-month contract will depend on satisfactory performance.
• High-performing candidates may be considered for a permanent position after completion of the contract.
