Backed by UpGrad, UFSC is building a network of 45 schools over the next five years across premium urban markets. Every school starts with one critical question: Is this the right market for the right school?

We're looking for an AGM– Expansion & School Development to lead both the market strategy and the physical delivery of our schools—from identifying high-potential locations to handing over campuses that are ready for students.

What You'll Own

• Develop expansion strategies across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.
• Conduct micromarket analysis, competitor mapping, and location feasibility assessments.
• Build business cases and present go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
• Source land, buildings, and school acquisition opportunities across multiple formats.
• Lead due diligence, asset evaluation, and project planning.
• Manage architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors through project delivery.
• Ensure schools are delivered on time, within quality standards, and ready for operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• 8–12 years of experience in school network expansion, education real estate, multi-site growth, retail expansion, or hospitality expansion.
• Strong experience in market feasibility, asset sourcing, and project delivery.
• Expertise in managing Greenfield/Brownfield projects, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• The ability to combine analytical decision-making with hands-on execution.
• Experience working with senior leadership and presenting business recommendations.
