Direct Sales Team (DST) – Off Roll
Work Location
Nelson Manickam Road, Near Skywalk, Aminjikarai, Chennai
Eligibility
Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) qualification
Degree is NOT mandatory
Minimum 6 months of Banking / NBFC / Insurance Sales experience
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Salary & Benefits
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Gross Salary
₹750 incentive per lakh disbursed

Job Responsibilities
Source Home Loan business through connectors, builders, walk-ins, and open market.
Visit customers and collect required documents.
Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
Coordinate the entire process from login to loan disbursement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Complete on-the-job training with continuous support from the management.
