<p><b> Company: </b> Dr. Padmaja IVF </p><p><b> Industry: </b> Healthcare / IVF &amp; Fertility Care </p><p><b> Job Type: </b> Full-Time </p><p><b> Job Summary </b></p><p> Dr. Padmaja IVF is looking for an experienced and compassionate <b> Telecaller with prior experience in the hospital, healthcare, IVF, fertility, or clinic industry </b> . </p><p> The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience handling patient enquiries, explaining healthcare services, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach while communicating with patients. </p><p><b> Roles and Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to patient enquiries and appointments. </li><li> Respond to enquiries received through phone calls, website leads, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels. </li><li> Provide clear and accurate information about IVF, fertility consultations, and other available treatments and services. </li><li> Understand patient requirements and guide them toward booking a consultation with the appropriate doctor. </li><li> Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments. </li><li> Follow up with new leads and prospective patients in a timely manner. </li><li> Maintain regular follow-ups with interested patients without being overly persistent. </li><li> Communicate with patients in a polite, sensitive, and empathetic manner, especially when handling fertility-related enquiries. </li><li> Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, front-office staff, and other departments when required. </li><li> Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and patient responses in CRM or internal systems. </li><li> Follow up on missed appointments and help patients reschedule consultations. </li><li> Work toward achieving appointment booking, lead conversion, and follow-up targets. </li><li> Maintain complete confidentiality of patient information and conversations. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Candidate Requirements </b></p><ul><li> Minimum <b>1–3 years of telecalling or patient coordination experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, IVF centre, or healthcare organization </b> . </li><li> Healthcare or hospital industry experience is strongly preferred. </li><li> Experience in <b> IVF or fertility healthcare </b> will be an added advantage. </li><li> Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Ability to communicate with patients patiently, professionally, and empathetically. </li><li> Good follow-up and lead-handling skills. </li><li> Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp, and appointment management systems is preferred. </li><li> Ability to handle multiple enquiries and maintain proper follow-up records. </li></ul><p></p>
