Strong litigation skills, including demonstrated experience with legal research and writing, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and case strategy. Excellent judgment, communication, and client-service skills, with the ability to independently manage matters and deadlines while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients across offices. Experience defending banks, lenders, mortgage servicers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions — particularly in matters involving the FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, TCPA, mortgage servicing, credit reporting, or state consumer protection laws — is highly valued. What We Offer Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
